Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Virasy AI ("we", "us") turns business websites into short-form videos. Virasy AI is operated by Rakhman Muratbek.

Privacy questions, requests, or complaints: privacy@virasyai.com — we respond to every request.

2. What we collect

Account data: your name, email, and authentication identifiers, managed by our sign-in provider (Clerk).

Workspace data: the website URL you submit and the content we fetch from it (public pages only), plus everything we derive — Brand Brain, ideas, scripts, videos, and post kits.

Usage data: our own server-side records of events like signups, generations, and downloads, plus request logs needed to run and secure the service. No third-party trackers (see §7).

Payment data is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

3. How we use it

To operate the service: analyze your website, generate videos, and run your library and billing.

To improve the product: aggregate statistics about feature usage and generation outcomes.

To communicate with you about your account, plan, and service changes.

4. AI and your content

Virasy never uses your website content, prompts, scripts, or generated videos to train AI models.

To generate your video, your data is sent to AI providers strictly to fulfill your request: your website's text goes to Anthropic (Claude) for ideas and scripts, the script goes to ElevenLabs for the voiceover, and scene descriptions go to fal.ai for images. Nothing more.

We don't sell your content and we don't share it with advertisers.

5. Websites you analyze

When you submit a URL, we fetch its public pages — like a search engine would — to build your Brand Brain. We only analyze sites submitted by our users, and we crawl politely with size and rate limits.

6. Service providers

We share data only with providers needed to run the service, and each handles data only to deliver its part:

Clerk (sign-in) · Anthropic (ideas and scripts) · ElevenLabs (voiceover) · fal.ai (images) · Stripe (payments)

Vercel (app hosting) · Neon (database) · Cloudflare R2 (video file storage) · Railway (rendering workers)

Some providers process data outside your country; we rely on providers that offer appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

7. Cookies and tracking

The only cookies we set are strictly necessary sign-in cookies (set by Clerk) that keep you logged in.

We run no third-party analytics, advertising pixels, or cross-site tracking. Our product analytics are rows in our own database — never shared, never sold.

8. Retention and deletion

Workspace data and generated videos are kept while your account is active.

To delete your account and your workspace data, email privacy@virasyai.com — we complete deletions within 30 days, except records we must keep for accounting or legal reasons (such as invoices).

9. Your rights

You can access, export, correct, or delete your personal data at any time by emailing privacy@virasyai.com.

If you're in the EU/UK, you have GDPR rights including objection and portability; if you're in California, you have CCPA rights including knowing and deleting. We honor these rights regardless of where you live.

10. Children

Virasy is for adults: you must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to create an account, and we don't knowingly collect data from anyone younger.

11. Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is limited to the people and systems that need it.

12. Changes and contact

We may update this policy from time to time; the date below changes with every update, and material changes are announced in the app or by email.
